These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Colvet S.r.l. – Via Mareno, 11
31025 S. Lucia di Piave (TV) P.I 02429220268 hereinafter referred to as “Colvet S.r.l.” and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.colvet.it hereinafter referred to as “CUSTOMER”. These conditions may be subject to change, the date of putting them online is equivalent to the date of entry into force.
These general conditions govern purchases made on the website www.colvet.it, in accordance with articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, Consumer Code, section II of chapter I of the Third Title of the Third Part, to which reference is made as provided for by the art. 60 of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 1 – Object of the contract
With these general conditions of sale, Colvet S.r.l. sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.colvet.it. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CUSTOMER accessing the address www.colvet.it and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
ARTICLE 2 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
1. The sale will be considered concluded with the sending by Colvet S.r.l. to the CUSTOMER an order confirmation email. The e-mail contains the details of the CUSTOMER and the order, the price of the goods purchased, the transport costs and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections.
2. Colvet S.r.l. undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the site in the best possible way. Nonetheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may appear. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on www.colvet.it do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative.
3. Colvet S.r.l. undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 days starting from the day following that of the order confirmation by the CUSTOMER.
ARTICLE 3 – Product availability
1. The availability of the products refers to that present at the moment in which the CUSTOMER consults the product data sheets; this must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to others before the order is confirmed.
2. Even after Colvet S.r.l. sends the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the CUSTOMER will be promptly informed and will be able to decide whether to accept delivery of only the available products or request cancellation of the order by communicating it via e-mail to customer service.
ARTICLE 4 – Payment methods
1. Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by credit card.
2. Communications relating to payment and the data communicated by the CUSTOMER when this is made take place on special protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits.
ARTICLE 5 – Prices
1. All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.colvet.it are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
2. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before making the payment.
3. The CUSTOMER accepts the right of Colvet S.r.l. to modify its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order and confirmed in the e-mail sent by Colvet S.r.l. as confirmation of the acquisition of the order.
ARTICLE 6 – Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To facilitate and expedite the process, in compliance with current legislation on digital withdrawals, two distinct methods are available depending on the type of purchase made:
A. For registered users (with an Account)
If you placed the order by logging in to your profile, you can activate the online wizard:

B. For unregistered users (Purchase as a Guest / Without an Account)
If you completed the purchase as a guest and do not have an account on our site, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:
• Using the dedicated digital quick withdrawal for guests
• Sending an explicit communication of your decision to withdraw (for example, by registered mail or email to the Customer Service email address), indicating the order number, personal information, and the products you wish to return.

After submitting the request (either through the personal area or through a dedicated digital channel), the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (email) containing the date and time of the declaration.
Conditions of the goods and refund methods
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, colvet.it will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition, unused, and untampered with, and only if the Return Instructions on the website are correctly followed. colvet.it reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements and to refuse the return of any Products found to be non-compliant.
Shipping costs for returning the Products are the sole responsibility of the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for re-delivery will not be refundable. Please note that goods travel at the customer’s risk. colvet.it will not be responsible for refunds or compensation for returned products that were never received at the company’s premises due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to the company.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of being informed of the decision to withdraw. colvet.it reserves the right, however, to withhold the refund until the goods are received at the company’s premises or until the customer has provided proof of shipment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly requested or agreed otherwise. The customer will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
ARTICLE 7 – Product warranty
All products presented on the website www.colvet.it benefit from a contractual guarantee whose duration is indicated on the product data sheets of the articles and in any case from the legal guarantee of 24 months for defects of conformity (wear and tear is not guaranteed). improper use of the boot), in accordance with current legislation. ARTICLE 8 – Delivery methods
1. The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated at the time of the order.
2. For each order placed on the website www.colvet.it, Colvet S.r.l. issues an invoice for the material shipped.
ARTICLE 9 – Responsibilities
1. Colvet S.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract.
2. The availability of each item is for indicative purposes only, has no contractual nature and no responsibility can be attributed to the seller in the event of unavailability of one or more products.
ARTICLE 10 – Access to the site
The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its contents is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Colvet S.r.l. and are protected by intellectual property law.
ARTICLE 11 – Cookies
The website www.colvet.it uses “cookies”. Cookies are electronic files that record information relating to the CUSTOMER’s navigation on the site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation…) and which allow Colvet S.r.l. to offer an increasingly personalized service to its customers.
ARTICLE 12 – Integrality
These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale are considered invalid or declared as such pursuant to law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.
ARTICLE 13 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law. Any dispute that cannot find an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the CUSTOMER, if located in the territory of the State.
