Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. In the case of contracts for services or the supply of digital content (not supplied on a tangible medium), the 14-day period begins from the day the contract is concluded.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit declaration.

Alternatively: You can complete and send us the standard withdrawal form attached at the bottom of this page (use of the form is not mandatory).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day period.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products: Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is entirely excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, for all products that include workmanship specifically requested by the Customer, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, nor request cancellations or refunds once production has begun.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Professional Users: Professional users are not entitled to the right of withdrawal from the contract for the sale or supply of the Products. The User expressly acknowledges that indicating a VAT number in the order automatically qualifies them as a Professional User, for whom the right of withdrawal is not provided.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments received from us, including standard delivery costs. This excludes any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive, customized delivery method than the standard delivery method we offer.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refund Method and Time
Credit Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
Refund Suspension: We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back at our warehouses, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back (whichever is the earliest).
How to Return Goods

Deadline: The goods must be returned without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Shipping costs: The direct costs for returning the goods will be at your expense. You will be responsible for the return yourself, as we will not collect the goods.
Liability for goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
